Payment & Cancellation Policy

All the other optional tours are not included unless the customer will book those tours separately at the time of booking. The optional tour like a tour inside the mummy room at the Egyptian museum, entry inside any of the pyramids, Tutankhamen tomb, and horse rides at pyramids, etc. If any customer wants to do these kinds of tours then the required tickets will be paid by the customers.

 

DownPayment

We also provided the facility of the downpayment to our customers. The downpayment policy is to pay part of the charges online and the remaining charges at the picking time.

Cancelation Policy

The cancellation policy is : 

  • For a day tour tours, the cancellation should be made before 24 hours. If a one-day tour included a domestic flight then the customer should have to cancel the trip one week before.
  • For the packages, the customer should cancel 15 days before and if he/she cancels before 1 week then there will be a 50% discount from the entire price.

Refund

Typically, the reimbursement will be issued to the original card account using the initial payment method. No refunds are available for instances of a No-Show.

Business Class

If there is no option without a business class flight to reach the destination then an extra supplement will be applied.

 

Tipping

A customary gesture to acknowledge satisfactory service from on-duty staff. While it's appreciated if given, it's entirely optional and not obligatory.

Complaints:

If you have complaints then inform the company ( Trips 2 Deal ) so your problem will be solved on the spot. You can call our headquarters and can also inform the chairman of Trips 2 Deal directly. If you are not in Egypt then you can submit your complaint by sending an email to trips2deal@gmail.com or info@trips2deal.com.

Acceptance Of The Agreement: 

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Accommodation

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

Responsibility

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by railroad, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests: 

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
